Abstract

The invention discloses a corrosion preventing and inhibiting agent for bio-based methanol gasoline and a preparation method of the corrosion preventing and inhibiting agent. The corrosion preventing and inhibiting agent consists of the following ingredients: 30-40% of metal corrosion prevention ingredient, 30-35% of passivation and chelation ingredient and 25-40% of anti-oxidative corrosion inhibition ingredient; and the corrosion preventing and inhibiting agent product is prepared through uniformly mixing the three functional ingredients at normal temperature. According to the corrosion preventing and inhibiting agent and the preparation method of the corrosion preventing and inhibiting agent, cleanable, environmental-friendly, reproducible and degradable petroleum yeast fatty acid is selected as the main raw material of a cheap additive, so that the energy is saved and the emission is reduced; and compared with the prior art, the corrosion preventing and inhibiting agent is low in cost, non-toxic, free of pollution, low in dosage and remarkable in corrosion preventing and inhibiting effect and cannot cause secondary pollution to the environment. Proved by results of tests on multiple metals, such as brass 59#, red copper, aluminum, steel 45#, zinc and carburetor materials, the corrosion preventing and inhibiting agent has a very obvious corrosion prevention effect; and shown by overhauling, after the corrosion preventing and inhibiting agent is used, the corrosive damage to cylinders, pumps and oil way systems is equivalent to that when commercial gasoline is used, and the oil way systems and carburetors are free of an obvious corrosion phenomena.
