The varnish is characterized by being composed of following components in parts by weight: 30 to 34 parts of aniline formaldehyde resin, 5 to 7 parts of dimethyl dichlorosilane, 4 to 5 parts of acrylonitrile, 2 to 3 parts of butadiene, 3 to 4 parts of phthalic anhydride, 1 to 2 parts of boric acid, 20 to 23 parts of xylene, 4 to 5 parts of cobaltous naphthenate, 2 to 3 parts of tetraethylenepentamine, 1 to 2 parts of tert butyl peroxypivalate, 3 to 4 parts of polyoxyethylene octylphenol ether, 1 to 2 parts of 2-heptadecenyl-N-aminoethylimidazoline, 4 to 5 parts of diatomite and 4 to 5 parts of film forming agent.
