The dehydrated anti-rust oil prepared by adopting the preparation method provided by the invention contains no hazardous substances such as barium, aromatic hydrocarbon and sulphur, produces no irritating odour, does not cause emulsification or sediment precipitation after long-term use, has good rust resistance and is environment-friendly and safe.

The extraction method is simple and easy to operate. The extracted active components, which are used as the algicide, are cheap and nontoxic, require low cost, and are suitable for practical popularization and application. The algicide can be used without the restrictions of region, solar term, temperature and the like.
