The composition comprises the following components: 54-86.4 percent of ABS resin, 10-30 percent of glassfibre, 11-5 percent of a compatilizer I, 21-5 percent of a compatilizer II, 1-5 percent of medusa grains, and 0.1-3 percent of an additive. The method comprises the following steps: mixing the ABS resin, the compatilizers, and the additive in a high mixing machine for 1-3 min; uniformly mixing, placing in a main feed inlet of a double-screw extruder, adding the medusa grains and glassfibre from a lateral feed inlet, and performing melt extrusion, pelletization and drying, thereby obtaining the ABS composition. According to the invention, the compatilizer I adopts an ABS co-mixer grafted with maleic anhydride to increase the interface coupling function of the ABS and the glassfibre, thereby greatly improving the ABS mechanical strength; besides, the compatilizer II grafted with the maleic anhydride greatly improves the compatibility of the composite.
