Abstract

The invention discloses a squalene and beta-carotene composition polycystic lipidosome preparation method and an application thereof for decreasing free radical and reducing harm. The polycystic lipidsome is prepared by materials including 10-15 parts of phospholipid, 10-20 parts of stabilizers, 8-15 parts of surfactants and the balance of squalene and beta-carotene composition. The polycystic lipidsome is applied to cigarettes, and functions of decreasing the free radical and reducing the harm can be achieved. Since especially the polycystic lipidsome is placed into cigarette filters made of cellulose acetate fibers during forming of cigarette filter rods, when consumers smoke and tobacco smoke passes through the polycystic lipidosome of the built-in filters, the antioxidants are in full contact with the mainstream tobacco smoke due to large surface area of the polycystic lipidosome, the smoke-phase free radical in the mainstream tobacco smoke can be effectively eliminated, and powerful technical support is provided for solving the problems about smoking and health.
