specific Embodiment approach 1

[0012] Specific embodiment 1: This embodiment is a method for preparing monodisperse microspheres with uniform size, specifically according to the following steps: 1. First, dissolve resorcinol in deionized water, add orthosilicon after mixing Ethyl acetate and benzaldehyde were stirred for 10-30 minutes in a water bath at a temperature of 50°C to obtain a homogeneous mixture; 2. First, transfer the homogeneous mixture obtained in step 1 to a polytetrafluoroethylene-lined reactor, seal Then place it in a muffle furnace, raise the temperature from room temperature to 160-200 °C at a rate of 1-3 °C / min, and react at a temperature of 160-200 °C for 4-8 hours, cool to room temperature, and obtain a solution after reaction 3. Wash the post-reaction solution obtained in step 2 with deionized water for 2 to 3 times, and then wash with ethanol for 2 to 3 times, then ultrasonically disperse until uniform, and then centrifuge at 7000r / min to 10000r / min, The separated solid is placed in ...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0020] Specific embodiment 2: The difference between this embodiment and specific embodiment 1 is that the volume ratio of the mass of resorcinol described in step 1 to deionized water is (2-4) g:200 mL. Others are the same as the first embodiment.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0021] Specific embodiment three: the difference between this embodiment and one of specific embodiments one to two is that the mass ratio of resorcinol described in step one to tetraethyl orthosilicate is (5~15) g:14mL . Others are the same as the specific embodiment 1 to 2.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing monodisperse microspheres with uniform sizes, and aims to solve the problem that conventional phenolic resin microspheres are non-uniform in size and have adhesive properties. The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a uniform mixed solution by utilizing resorcinol, deionized water, tetraethoxysilane and benzaldehyde; 2, heating the uniform mixed solution under a sealed condition, cooling, and standing at room temperature, so as to obtain a reacted solution; and 3, washing the reaction solution for a couple of times by adopting the deionized water and ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing, centrifugally separating, and finally drying to obtain the phenolic resin microspheres. The method has the advantages that the phenolic resin microspheres have the uniform sizes and the high dispersibility. The method is mainly used for preparing the phenolic resin microspheres.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing monodisperse microspheres with uniform size. Background technique [0002] Spherical activated carbon materials have been studied in many applications due to their special geometric structure and porosity. In previous reports, phenolic resin and urea-formaldehyde resin were generally used as raw materials to prepare phenolic resin microspheres by suspension polymerization or emulsion polymerization. However, these methods have the disadvantages of complex processing technology, long reaction time, and generation of by-products. Moreover, the existing phenolic resin microspheres have the problems of non-uniform size and adhesion. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to solve the existing problems of non-uniform size and adhesion of phenolic resin microspheres, and provide a method for preparing monodisperse microspheres with uniform size. [0004] A preparation me...
