Abstract

The detection limit of the method provided by the invention can be reduced to 20.33 micrograms / liter; the linear relation detected in a urea concentration range of 25.98-6650 micrograms / liter is good; the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9991, the recovery rate is 94.6% and the relative standard deviation is 2.53%.
