Embodiment 1

[0043] 1) Preparation of magnesium chloride / silica gel carrier (prepared according to the method of Chinese patent application 200710176589)

[0044] Under nitrogen protection, in a glass reactor, add 1.04 grams of anhydrous magnesium chloride at room temperature, then add 700 milliliters of dried tetrahydrofuran, after starting to stir, 2.42 grams of silica gel (GRACE Sylopol2485, under nitrogen, 150 ℃ roasting 2.5 hours, heat up to 300°C for 2 hours, then at 600°C for 5 hours) into the reactor, heated to 65°C, stirred and dissolved for 2 hours, then evaporated at 80°C to remove the solvent to obtain a white solid powder. The white solid powder was vacuum-dried at 100° C. for 2 hours, and then vacuum-dried at 300° C. for 10 hours to obtain 3.40 g of solid powder with good fluidity. According to gas chromatography analysis, no tetrahydrofuran was detected.

Embodiment 2

[0048] Preparation of Catalyst B

[0049] 0.717 g (2.26 mmol) of the magnesium chloride / silica gel carrier obtained by the preparation method in Example 1, under the protection of an inert gas such as nitrogen, was added to 30 ml of hexane, stirred, heated to 70°C for 0.5 hours, and then added 0.20 1 ml of n-butanol, stirred and reacted for 0.5 hour, removed the supernatant, added 30 ml of hexane to the reaction flask, and added 1.0 ml of TiCl 4 , heated to 70°C and stirred for 1 hour, lowered to room temperature, added 0.13 milliliters (1.13 mmol) of 1-chloro-3 methoxypropane, raised to 50.0°C for 2 hours, then removed the supernatant, and the solid was washed with ethyl alcohol Wash with alkane solvent for 3 times until the mother liquor in the upper layer is colorless, and dry it with nitrogen gas at 50°C until it becomes fluid to obtain a solid catalyst B. After analysis, the Ti content was 3.77wt%.

Embodiment 3

[0051] Preparation of Catalyst C

[0052] 0.737 g (2.33 mmol) of the magnesium chloride / silica gel carrier obtained by the preparation method in Example 1 was added to 30 ml of hexane under the protection of an inert gas such as nitrogen, and heated to 70° C. for 0.5 hours under stirring, and then added 0.21 1 ml of n-butanol, stirred and reacted for 0.5 hour, removed the supernatant, added 30 ml of hexane to the reaction flask, added 1.11 ml of TiCl under stirring 4 , heated to 70°C and stirred for 1 hour, lowered to room temperature, added 0.26 milliliters (2.33 mmol) of 1-chloro-3 methoxypropane, raised to 50.0°C for 2 hours, then removed the supernatant, and the solid was washed with ethyl alcohol Wash with alkane solvent for 3 times until the upper layer mother liquor is colorless, and dry it with nitrogen gas at 50°C until it becomes fluid to obtain a solid catalyst C. After analysis, the Ti content was 4.1 wt%.

Abstract

The invention relates to a catalyst component for production of polyethylene with narrow molecular weight distribution, a catalyst and a preparation method thereof. The catalyst component comprises the reaction product of a magnesium halide/inorganic oxide carrier, an alcohol compound, a titanium compound and a halogenated ether compound. The catalyst has high activity when used for ethylene polymerization or copolymerization, and can be used for production of polyethylene resin with narrow molecular weight distribution.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a Ziegler-Natta catalyst component for preparing polyethylene with narrow molecular weight distribution, the catalyst, its preparation method, and its application in olefin polymerization. Background technique [0002] Molecular weight distribution (MWD) is an important index of resin, which has a certain influence on the use performance and processing performance of the product. In order to improve the performance of polyethylene and expand its application fields, people continue to develop new polyethylene products with different molecular weight distributions to meet the needs of polyethylene resins in different fields. [0003] Ethylene polymers with a narrow molecular weight distribution have less deformation and shrinkage problems in articles and are therefore more suitable for film and injection molding. [0004] Metallocene catalysts are single-site catalysts capable of producing polyethylene with a narrow molecular we...
