Embodiment 1

[0029] Put 20Kg of polyurethane into the reaction kettle, add 50Kg of acetone, raise the temperature to 50 degrees, and add 10Kg of epoxy resin, 11Kg of unsaturated polyester, 5Kg of polybutyl acrylate, 0.1Kg of isotridecane in sequence at a speed of 1000 rpm Alcohol, 2Kg molybdenum disulfide and 2Kg lanthanum fluoride were stirred for 5 hours and cooled to room temperature to obtain the primer of about 100Kg anti-wax coating. Then weigh 3Kg of perfluoropolyether derivatives with active groups (the structural formula is NH 2 -(CF 2 O) 20 -NH 2 ), when in use, first apply the primer of the anti-wax coating to the inner surface of the oil pipeline, and then apply the functional perfluoropolyether with active groups to the outermost layer of the inner surface.

Embodiment 2

[0031] Put 20Kg of polyurethane into the reaction kettle, add 50Kg of xylene, heat up to 60 degrees, and at a speed of 1000 rpm, add 10Kg of epoxy resin, 11Kg of unsaturated polyester, 6Kg of polybutylacrylate, 0.1Kg of isodecyl Triol, 4Kg aluminum oxide, stir 5 hours, cool to room temperature, obtain the primer of about 100Kg anti-wax coating. Then weigh 3Kg perfluoropolyether with active groups. During use, first coat the primer of the anti-wax coating on the inner surface of the oil pipeline, and then apply the perfluoropolyether derivatives with active groups (structural formula for NH 2 -(CF 2 O) 15 -COF) applied to the outermost layer on the inner surface.

Embodiment 3

[0033]Take 20Kg of polyurethane and put it into the reaction kettle, add 50Kg of cyclohexane, heat up to 40 degrees, at the speed of 1000 rpm, add 10Kg of epoxy resin, 11Kg of unsaturated polyester, 5Kg of polybutyl acrylate, 0.1Kg of iso Tridecanol, 4Kg silicon dioxide, stirred for 5 hours, cooled to room temperature to obtain the primer of 100Kg anti-wax deposition paint. Then weigh 3Kg of perfluoropolyether with active groups. During use, the primer of the anti-wax coating is applied to the inner surface of the oil pipeline, and then the perfluoropolyether derivatives with active groups (structural formula is FOC-(CF 2 O) 20 -COF) applied to the outermost layer on the inner surface.

Abstract

The invention relates to an anti-waxing coating for oil pipelines. The anti-waxing coating is composed of primer and finish paint, wherein the weight ratio of the primer to the finish paint is 100:(2-5); the primer comprises 10-30% of polyurethane, 5-15% of epoxy resin, 5-15% of unsaturated polyester, 1-8% of inorganic fillers, 2-10% of a flatting agent, 0.05-2% of a defoaming agent and the balance of a solvent; the finish paint is a perfluorinated polyether derivative. The invention further provides a preparation method of the anti-waxing coating for oil pipelines. The anti-waxing coating is hydrophobic, oleophobic, corrosion-resistant, low in surface energy, high in anti-waxing efficiency and high in bonding strength with a substrate, can be used for solving the problems of waxing prevention of inner walls of oil storing equipment and oil refining equipment, and can further be used for solving the problems of antifouling and algae prevention of ships, racing boats or submarines, as well as antifouling and algae prevention of buildings.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of chemical industry, and in particular relates to a coating, in particular to an anti-wax coating for oil pipelines. Background technique [0002] Most of the crude oil produced in my country is highly viscous, easy to condense, and high in wax content. According to statistics, crude oil with a mass fraction of wax exceeding 10% accounts for almost 90% of the entire output of crude oil, and most of the crude oil has a mass fraction of wax of 20%. % or more, some even as high as 40~50%. Waxy crude oil is generally dissolved in the crude oil under the formation conditions, but in the production process, due to the drop of temperature and pressure and the escape of light components, when the temperature drops below the wax precipitation point, the wax gradually disappears. The crude oil is precipitated and deposited on the surface of the sucker rod of the downhole device and the inner wall of the oil storage pipeline a...
