Abstract

A preparation method of the material comprises the following steps of: selecting zirconium oxide powder with ZrO2 content higher than 99%; selecting magnesium oxide and yttrium oxide as additives; adopting a water solution which contains polyvinyl alcohol as an adhesive, blending to become slurry with solid content of 50%, centrifugally granulating to form a powder granule, and carrying out pressing formation through an isostatic press; placing a pressed product into a high-temperature tunnel kiln, and sintering for 24 hours; finally processing accurately according to a drawing by adopting a digital control lathe to form a product which meets the requirements.
