Problems solved by technology

Although heterogeneous catalysis makes the catalyst easier to recover, as disclosed in this patent, "after each stop of the catalytic reaction, wait for the natural sedimentation and separation of the catalytic material and the reaction mixture, filter, wash with ethanol, and then dry naturally to recover the catalytic material. material", which improves the recycling rate of metal porphyrins, but the degradation efficiency of heterogeneous catalysts is still not as high as that of homogeneous catalysts

Embodiment 1

[0038] 1. Preparation of modified chitosan grafted tetrakis (4-carboxyphenyl) nickel porphyrin (1 gram / part)

[0039] In the reaction vessel, add 100 parts of ultrapure water, 3.147 parts of glacial acetic acid, and 2.5 parts of chitosan powder. After stirring overnight, add 1.986 parts of acrylic acid to it under the protection of argon, stir at a constant speed at 50°C, and react for 72 hours. The resulting mixed solution was placed in a dialysis bag (molecular weight cut off: 5000) and dialyzed for 3 days. Then the solution in the dialysis bag was vacuum freeze-dried for 2 days to obtain acrylic acid-modified chitosan.

[0040] Then, in the reaction vessel, add 0.7 parts of absolute ethanol solvent, add 0.0008 parts of tetrakis (p-carboxyphenyl) nickel porphyrin, after fully dissolving, add 100 parts of ultrapure water, 3.147 parts of glacial acetic acid, 1 part of EDC, NHS2 After stirring for 40 minutes, add 1 part of acrylic modified chitosan and react for 40 minutes. Embodiment 2

[0054] 1. Preparation of modified chitosan grafted tetrakis (4-carboxyphenyl) vanadium porphyrin (1 gram / part)

[0055] In the reaction vessel, add 100 parts of ultrapure water, 2.098 parts of glacial acetic acid, and 2 parts of chitosan powder. After stirring overnight, 1.589 parts of acrylic acid are added thereto under the protection of argon, stirred at a constant speed at 50°C, and reacted for 72 hours. The resulting mixed solution was placed in a dialysis bag (molecular weight cut off: 5000) and dialyzed for 3 days. Then the solution in the dialysis bag was vacuum freeze-dried for 2 days to obtain acrylic acid-modified chitosan.

[0056] Then, in the reaction vessel, add 0.7 parts of absolute ethanol solvent, add 0.0016 parts of tetrakis (p-carboxyphenyl) vanadium porphyrin, after fully dissolving, add 100 parts of ultrapure water, 2.098 parts of glacial acetic acid, 2 parts of EDC, NHS5 After stirring for 30 minutes, add 2 parts of acrylic modified chitosan and react f...

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method and application of a catalyst, in particular to a heterogeneous photocatalytic material with pH responsiveness as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking tetra (4-carboxyl-phenyl) metalloporphyrin as a catalytic core and covalently grafting on acrylic acid modified chitosan in the form of an amido bond to prepare acrylic acid modified chitosan grafted metalloporphyrin. The prepared acrylic acid modified chitosan grafted metalloporphyrin heterogeneous photocatalytic material is applied to photocatalytic acid dye wastewater. The catalytic material provided by the invention is a heterogeneous catalyst, has high catalytic efficiency and has the advantages of reducing the production cost and being easy to separate, recover and recycle. Through adjusting the pH value, the pH of the wastewater is neutralized and the separation, recovery and recycle of the catalyst material are realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method and application of a catalyst, in particular to a homogeneous photocatalytic material with pH responsiveness, a preparation method and an application thereof. Background technique [0002] my country is a country seriously short of water, with only about 2,200 cubic meters of fresh water resources per capita, making it one of the 13 countries with the poorest water resources per capita in the world. However, with the advancement of science and technology and the rapid development of industry, the quality of my country's water resources continues to decline, and the water environment continues to deteriorate, seriously threatening the sustainable development of society. Especially with the rapid development of the textile dye industry, the number and variety of dyes are increasing day by day, printing and dyeing wastewater, especially acidic printing and dyeing wastewater, has become one of the key pollution...
