Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing antihypertensive peptides by utilizing probiotic fermented marine organism processing leftovers. The method uses fish skin, squid skin, swimming bladder or fish scale and other collagen-enriched marine organism processing leftovers as raw materials, and comprises the following steps: washing and pulping; heating to kill microorganisms; cooling, and adding protease to perform liquefaction treatment; deactivating enzyme, adding glucose, and putting into a fermentation tank; sterilizing, inoculating a probiotic starter, fermenting and then removing residues; adding a cryoprotectant into the fermentation filtrate; freezing and drying to directly obtain a composite antihypertensive bio-preparation containing activated probiotics and bioactive peptides; furthermore, filtering the fermentation filtrate with a membrane, purifying, concentrating, and spray-drying to obtain the antihypertensive peptide product. By adopting the technical scheme combining protease liquefaction and probiotic fermentation, compared with a traditional enzyme preparation process, the method has the advantages that the preparation efficiency of high-activity antihypertensive oligopeptide can be improved, and the additional value of marine organism processing leftovers can be increased. The method is reasonable and effective in preparation process, and is suitable for industrial production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing blood pressure-lowering peptides by using probiotics to ferment marine biological processing leftovers, and belongs to the field of biotechnology. Background technique [0002] Hypertension is a chronic cardiovascular disease that plagues the world. It has a long incubation period and many complications. It requires long-term drug treatment to control the development of the disease. Although synthetic antihypertensive drugs have remarkable curative effects, they have produced various side effects in the process of clinical application. However, the antihypertensive functional factors present in natural animal and plant resources have the characteristics of safety, effectiveness, and no side effects, and have received widespread attention at home and abroad. Among them, antihypertensive peptides have become a hot spot in the research of prevention and treatment of hypertension. A large number of studies ...
