Problems solved by technology

However, a large amount of alkali and surfactant are used in the alkali scouring process, and a large amount of water needs to be used for cleaning after treatment. Therefore, the treated cotton fiber has a high weight loss rate and serious strength damage, and the COD value in the waste liquid is very high. It is a non-green processing technology with large water consumption, high energy consumption and long time consumption

Abstract

The invention relates to a cotton yarn scouring method by applying pectinase and neutral cellulase, and belongs to the technical field of cotton yarn dyeing and finishing pretreatment. The pectinase penetrates a cuticular and primary cell walls through micro holes and cracks on the surface of the cotton fiber, forms a composite with pectin, and reacts with the composite to allow the pectin to be converted into a water soluble product, so that the pectin is dissolved from the fiber. Along with dissolution of the pectin, a wax material structure adnascent with the pectin is loosened, is easily brought into contact with an added surfactant, emulsified and removed. The neutral cellulase can act on cellulose in the primary cell walls, and promote removal of the pectin, cotton wax, and other impurities by degrading the cellulose. Enzymes are mild in acting conditions, high in specificity and low in impurity removal rate and have selectivity, so that enzyme scouring can replace traditional scouring for cotton yarns with low requirements on pretreatment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of cotton yarn dyeing and finishing pretreatment, and relates to a method for scouring cotton yarn by using pectinase and neutral cellulase. Background technique [0002] In addition to 90%-94% cellulose, natural cotton fibers also contain 6%-10% natural impurities (also known as cellulose symbiosis or companions), which are pectin substances, nitrogenous substances, waxes, etc. Like substances, ash, pigments, cottonseed hulls, etc. Cotton fiber is composed of horny cortex (extremely thin outermost layer), primary cell wall, secondary cell wall (fiber main part) and hollow cell cavity, and the horny cortex and primary cell wall in cotton fiber together form the core of cotton fiber Adventitia. A lot of data point out that the horny cortex mainly contains pectin and waxy substances, and the content of pectin and waxy substances in the primary cell wall is also very high. Pectin acts like a glue, binding th...
