The precoated sand lubricant consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-90 parts of calcium stearate and 10-90 parts of barium stearate. The lubricant disclosed by the invention has the characteristics that due to adoption of the barium stearate, the fineness of the product is increased, whichis up to about 500 meshes, and the melting point is up to 160 DEG C; while precoated sand is produced, the product can be directly added and used, the product can be well fused with the precoated sand, high adhesion is achieved, the precoated sand is not liable to cake and is good in flowability, the strength of the precoated sand is improved, the melting point and the flowability of the precoatedsand can be ensured under a condition of a relatively small addition amount, a good demolding effect is achieved, and a cast part is high in smoothness and precision. The method disclosed by the invention is safe and environmental-friendly, and free of process wastewater.

Preparation and application of a powder catalytic material and a composite nano-catalytic material containing graphite phase carbon nitride

The invention discloses a powder catalytic material. The powder catalytic material is composed of FeCoGeMoO8. Particle size of the powder catalytic material is 0.10mu m to 0.25mu m. The powder catalytic material can photocatalytically degrade organic pollutants rhodamine B, diclofenac and decabromodiphenyl ether in water. At the same time, the invention discloses a preparation method of the powdercatalytic material. The preparation method comprises a solid-phase sintering method, a laser cladding method and a sol-gel-low-temperature self-combustion method, and a combination method of a tape-casting method and a solid-phase reaction method. The invention also discloses a preparation method of a graphite phase-containing carbon nitride composite nano catalytic material; a g-C3N4 / FeCoGeMoO8composite nano catalytic material is prepared, and can be used for photocatalytically removing the organic pollutants rhodamine B, diclofenac and decabromodiphenyl in the water.
