Embodiment Construction

[0032] The present invention will be further described in conjunction with the following specific examples, which are only used to illustrate the present invention but not to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0033] Case 1: An example of ethanol production from microcrystalline cellulose irradiation pretreatment-simultaneous saccharification and fermentation. The experimental procedures and main results are as follows:

[0034] (1) Add 15g microcrystalline cellulose ( PH-101, purchased from Sigma, USA), with 60 Co-γ irradiated for different times to obtain pretreated microcrystalline cellulose with irradiation doses of 150, 321, 507, 681, 891, 1057, 1285, 1467 and 1846 kGy.

[0035](2) Use scanning electron microscope, infrared spectrum, X-ray diffraction and specific surface meter to measure the apparent structure, crystallinity and specific surface area of microcrystalline cellulose before and after irradiation pretreatment respectively, so as to determine the ...

Abstract

A lignocellulose simultaneous saccharification and fermentation method for predation of fuel ethanol belongs to the technical fields of biological resource recycling and biomass energy. The method includes the following steps: (1) conducting irradiation pretreatment on solid biomass; (2) pulverizing the pretreated biomass, and conducting in situ detoxification by using water, organic solvent / water biphasic extraction, sodium hydroxide solution, or sodium borohydride solution; and (3) conducting simultaneous saccharification and fermentation on the detoxified biomass to prepare ethanol. The invention has the advantages that the coupling irradiation pretreatment and simultaneous saccharification and fermentation technology are simple and efficient in operation, and overcome the disadvantages of high energy consumption, large amount of water consumption and easy cause of secondary pollution in the traditional technologies such as dilute acid pretreatment, ionic liquid pretreatment and steam explosion pretreatment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biological resource recycling and biomass energy, and specifically relates to a method for synchronous saccharification and fermentation of irradiated pretreated lignocellulose to produce ethanol. Background technique [0002] With the progress of human society and the rapid development of economy, people's demand for various fuels and chemicals is increasing day by day, and the existing fossil resources on the earth, such as coal, oil, natural gas, etc., can no longer meet the needs of sustainable development of human society; On the other hand, environmental problems such as environmental pollution and climate warming caused by the burning of fossil fuels are becoming increasingly prominent; in addition, energy security issues are also important factors affecting a country's political situation. Therefore, it is imminent to find renewable clean biomass energy to replace traditional fossil energy. Bioma...
