Problems solved by technology

The invention can detect DNA helicase with high sensitivity, and the cost is low, but because graphene oxide is easy to self-aggregate in a complex environment, it will greatly affect the accuracy of detection; at the same time, due to the complex composition of clinical samples, the Proteins and other biomolecules will be adsorbed on the surface of nanomaterials to varying degrees, which will affect the specificity of detection
Therefore, the method is difficult to apply to the instance of clinical application

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting protein based on graphene sensor. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a graphene sensor, namely arranging a graphene thin film on a substrate, and arranging electrodes at the two ends of the graphene thin film; (2) pretreating a sample to be detected, namely adding fluorescent dyes which are used for labeling protein in the sample into the sample to be detected, thus obtaining a fluorescent dye-protein compound; and (3) detecting the content of protein in the sample, namely dropwise adding pretreated sample to be detected to the surface of the graphene thin film, and quenching fluorescence under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, wherein the graphene thin film resistance is changed, the variable quantity of the resistance is in direct proportion to the content of the fluorescent dye-protein compound, so that the content of protein in the sample is detected. According to the method, the protein can be detected with high sensitivity and high precision, and compared with the conventional fluorescence excitation detection method, the method has the advantages of simplicity and rapid measurement speed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biochemical analysis and detection, in particular to a method for detecting proteins based on a graphene sensor. Background technique [0002] Protein is an important matrix component of all cells and tissues in organisms, and an important bearer of life activities. It is closely related to nutrition, enzymes, viruses, immunity, genetics, etc. Therefore, it is very important to analyze the protein content. Significance, essential in disease diagnosis, biomedical research and nutritional analysis evaluation. At present, commonly used protein content detection methods include amino acid analysis, Kjeldahl method, absorbance photometry, colorimetry, ultraviolet spectrophotometry and so on. Fluorescence analysis is a protein content detection method developed in recent years, which has the characteristics of high sensitivity and wide linear range. The method of using the fluorescence method to determine the...
