Abstract

The preparing method includes the following steps that firstly, a metal base sheet is pretreated; secondly, the silicon oxide film is deposited on the surface of the metal with an atmosphere pressure plasma jet method, and after being cooled to the indoor temperature, the silicon oxide film is coated with the RTV coating with a proper thickness; and finally, static drying is carried out for 48 hours, and film coating is completed after the coating is completely dried.
