The preparation method comprises that organic waste as a raw material and an acid undergo a digestion reaction in an enclosed reaction vessel under microwave irradiation for 3-20min, wherein the acid for the digestion reaction comprises one or more of nitric acid, sulfuric acid, perchloric acid and hydrogen peroxide, a mass ratio of the organic waste to the acid is (10-1): 1 and microwave frequency is in a range of 300MHz-300GHz, and after the digestion reaction, a nanometer synergist is added into the digestion reaction product, wherein the nanometer synergist comprises one or more of nanometer diatomite, nanometer bentonite and nanometer silica. Through synergism of acid digestion and microwave digestion, the micromolecule organic compound easily absorbed by crops is obtained and can provide carbon for the crops and balance crop carbon content.
