Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of cotton fabric with electrical conductivity, electromagnetic shielding and flame-retardant functions. The method comprises steps as follows: (1), tetraethoxysilane is dissolved in absolute ethanol, ammonium hydroxide is added, the mixture is stirred for 30 min at the temperature of 60 DEG C, and a milky white solution is obtained; (2), the solution is cooled to the room temperature, and pyrrole is added; (3), the cotton fabric is soaked in the mixed solution obtained in the step (2) and subjected to twice-dipping and twice-padding, and the pick-up rate is 90%-110%; (4), the dipped and padded cotton fabric is soaked in a water solution containing ammonium persulfate, phytic acid and a silane coupling agent KH560 for 1 h, and the extra water solution is removed from a padder; (5), the cotton fabric is dried at the temperature of 60 DEG C, baked at the temperature of 120 DEG C, washed with water and dried.
