The invention discloses a far-infrared inflammation diminishing and pain alleviating patch, which comprises a basic layer, a drug-containing adhesive layer and a non-sticky layer, wherein the drug-containing adhesive layer is arranged between the basic layer and the non-sticky layer; and the drug-containing adhesive layer consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 12-14% of rubber, 5.5-6.6% of far-infrared ceramic powder, 9-11% of rosin, 5.2-6.5% of terpene resin, 1.0-2.1% of lanolin, 2.0-3.2% of vaseline, 0.2-0.5% of liquid paraffin, 2.5-7.1% of rare-earth magnetic powder and the balance of lithopone, wherein the rare-earth magnetic powder consists of the following rare-earth ingredients: 16-18% of neodymium, 15-17% of samarium, 3-5% of europium, 9-11% of gadolinium and the balance of lanthanum.
