Problems solved by technology

In addition, due to high toxicity and large residues, the use of non-fumigant nematicides such as aldicarb, isofenphos-methyl, and carbofuran on vegetables has been banned in China. Therefore, it is imperative to develop low-toxicity and high-efficiency nematicides Row
[0003] At present, the main dosage forms of using nematicides to control root-knot nematodes are emulsifiable concentrates and granules, which have a short duration of action and require repeated application, which is cumbersome to operate, increases the cost of control, and harms humans, animals, and beneficial organisms in the soil, polluting the environment; in addition, Nematicides are easy to decompose under the influence of ultraviolet light or soil environment (such as humic acid, microorganisms) and other factors, and the decomposition products are not fully biologically active, which limits the utilization rate and efficacy of nematicides

Abstract

The invention discloses a nematicide microcapsule. The nematicide microcapsule is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 0.5 to 1 percent of capsule core, 20 to 35 percent of organic solvent, 0.5 to 2 percent of wall material, 1 to 6 percent of emulsifier and 56 to 78 percent of water, wherein the capsule core is nematicide. According to the nematicide microcapsule disclosed by the invention, macromolecular substances which are easily degradable in the environment are adopted to serve as capsule wall materials of the microcapsule, are easily obtained and are good in environmental compatibility; an organic solvent which is easily recycled is selected, and is subjected to forced emulsion of a high-shear emulsifying machine to obtain a novel controlled-release nematicide microcapsule. The nematicide has the characteristics of excellent effective performance, illumination resistance, acid and alkaline resistance, slow release and the like; in addition, the control cost is reduced, and higher economic value is realized. By using a solvent evaporation method, the nematicide microcapsules with different grain sizes can be prepared; a preparation process is simple in operation and short in cycle; besides, the organic solvent can be recycled.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticide preparation, in particular to a nematocide microcapsule and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Root-knot nematode is one of the most diverse and most harmful nematode species among plant pathogenic nematodes. Its hosts include crops, trees, flowers, vegetables, etc. 3000 kinds of plants, especially Solanaceae, Cucurbitaceae, Brassicaceae Vegetables are more seriously affected. Chemical control is the most effective control method for root-knot nematodes, and it is also the mainstay of comprehensive nematode control, while the fumigant nematicide methyl bromide is banned because it kills beneficial nematodes and destroys the ozone layer in the atmosphere. In addition, due to high toxicity and large residues, the use of non-fumigant nematicides such as aldicarb, isofenphos-methyl, and carbofuran on vegetables has been banned in China. Therefore, it is imperative to develo...
