Abstract

The invention discloses a skin tissue engineering double-layer film material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps that degradable materials including chitosan and konjac glucomannan which have the good biocompatibility are adopted as raw materials and prepared into mixed solutions separately, film forming is conducted on the mixed solutions through a tape casting method separately, two layers of films are bonded together by adopting a konjac glucomannan solution with the certain concentration as a bonding agent, and then the chitosan-konjac glucomannan double-layer film material is prepared. The material has the advantages of being simple in preparation process, low in cost, adjustable in degradation rate, good in biocompatibility and the like; early cell experiments and animal experiments show that the double-layer film material can be suitable for organisms and is a degradable multifunctional composite material capable of promoting skin repairing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a skin tissue engineering double-layer film material and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of biomedical materials. Background technique [0002] The skin is the largest organ of the human body and is the barrier between the human body and the external environment. It has important functions such as excretion, sensation, prevention of water evaporation, temperature regulation, and immunity. The importance of the skin to the human body is self-evident. However, in real life, skin defects are often caused by burns, trauma, diabetic chronic ulcers and other reasons. Any full-thickness skin defect larger than 4cm in diameter, the human body will not be able to fully heal itself. In these cases, there is a need for a suitable wound repair material to promote wound healing. Tissue-engineered skin has been used clinically for 25 years, and it has brought many benefits to the rehabilitation of patients with large-a...
