Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreatment; (2) doubling and weaving; (3) refining; (4) cleaning; (5) mite-killing finishing; (6) antibacterial finishing; (7) cleaning; (8) drying; (9) dip padding; (10) drying; (11) roasting; (12) fixing; (13) calendering; and (14) reeling. According to the invention, through blending of cotton fiber and negative ion active carbon fiber, so the prepared fabric feels comfortable when directly contacting with skin and can release 2000 to 3000 negative ions per cubic centimeter due to additional arrangement of the negative ion active carbon fiber, which is favorable for human health; and through coating of the surface of the negative ion active carbon fiber with a nanometer silver oxide antibacterial agent, the antibacterial capability of the fabric is further improved and obvious beneficial effects are obtained.
