The modified waterborne polyurethane resin comprises the following raw components in parts by weight: 35-65 parts of polyols, 30-55 parts of polyisocyanate, 2-6 parts of first small molecule chain extenders, 3-7 parts of an anionic hydrophilic chain extender, 1-3 parts of a cross-linking agent, 0.1-0.25 part of catalysts, 0.5-2.5 parts of a silane coupling agent, 2-5 parts of a salt-forming agent and 2-5 parts of second small molecule chain extenders, wherein the polyols comprise hydroxyl-terminated polysiloxane diol, castor oil and aliphatic polyester diol in a weight ratio of (2-5) to (4-8) to (30-50).
