The PP material is prepared from the following raw materials: 45 to 70 parts of polypropylene, 20 to 30 parts of continuous long glass fiber, 5 to 20 parts of tripolycyanamide cyanurate, 5 to 20 parts of resorcinol bis(diphenyl phosphate), 3 to 10 parts of a compatilizer, 0.4 to 2.2 parts of an antioxidant, 0.5 to 3 parts of a lubricating agent, 5 to 10 parts of white oil, 2 to 5 parts of 2-cobalt ethylhexanoate and 0.3 to 0.5 part of an anti-copper agent. The PP material adopts a novel compound halogen-free flame retardant, the flame retardant efficiency is extremely high, and the addition of the flame retardant cannot cause decrease of the material mechanical property. The PP composite material in the invention has high surface hardness and a high mechanical property, and besides, the flame retardant performance of the material is high and reaches a V0 level. The polypropylene composite material in the invention can replace traditional materials such as flame retardant PA, flame retardant ABS and flame retardant PBT, is higher in durability and adaptability, and has a relatively good application prospect.
