Abstract

The invention specifically relates to an oil removing agent used for treating sewage produced by thermal recovery of thickened oil, belonging to the technical field of treatment of oil field wastewater. The oil removing agent is prepared from N-methacrylamide, N-benzyl-N-ethyl acrylamide and cyclohexyl vinyl formate through micellar free-radical copolymerization and has a molecular weight of 8000 to 60000, preferably 15000 to 25000, wherein a mol ratio of N-methacrylamide to N-benzyl-N-ethyl acrylamide to cyclohexyl vinyl formate is 1: (0.2-4): (0.5-1.5), preferably 1: 2.5: 0.75. The oil removing agent provided by the invention is simple to prepare, strong in resistance to temperature and salt, low in cost and high in oil removal rate, as high as 96% to above; recovered oil obtained after separation does not influence subsequent dehydration of crude oil; thus, the oil removing agent is extensively applicable to oil removing processes for sewage produced by thermal recovery of thickened oil in an oil field.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a degreasing agent for sewage treatment, which is especially suitable for the degreasing agent for the treatment of sewage in thermal recovery of heavy oil and its preparation method. Background technique [0002] The viscosity of heavy oil is high, and the sewage treatment produced by mining has always been one of the important links restricting its development. After the crude oil undergoes thermochemical sedimentation treatment in the dehydration process for a period of time, the sediment and other mechanical impurities enter the sewage system together, so that the total amount of suspended solids in the sewage reaches about 20,000mg / L. It makes sewage treatment more difficult. At the same time, in order to lift the ultra-heavy oil to the ground, some surfactants, such as sulfonate and other substances, are added during the oil recovery process, so that the produced fluid needs to be demulsified and dehydrated, resulting in...
