The preparation method of the herba rabdosiae extract comprises the following steps: selecting and drying herba rabdosiae, crushing the dried herba rabdosiae by virtue of a traditional Chinese medicine pulverizer, and soaking the crushed herba rabdosiae in an alcohol water solution; conducting ultrasonic ethanol reflux extraction on a soaked herba rabdosiae powder mixture so as to obtain a filtrate; and decompressing and filtering the filtrate, and concentrating the processed filtrate by virtue of a rotary evaporator at 45 DEG C so as to obtain an extractum.
