Abstract

The invention discloses a strain of pseudomonas poae and application thereof to sewage treatment, and relates to the technical field of environmental microorganism and sewage treatment. The pseudomonas poae is named as NL-4; the preservation number is CGMCC (China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center) No.13450. Polyvinyl alcohol and sodium alginate are used for embedding the pseudomonas poae NL-4, and an immobilized carrier of the pseudomonas poae NL-4 can be obtained. The NL-4 and the immobilized carrier can be applied to the sewage treatment. The pseudomonas poae can improve the sewage biologic treatment efficiency under the low-temperature condition; an effective removal effect is achieved on NH3-N, NO3<->-N and COD in sewage; the outlet water standard reaching rate is improved by enriching the quantity and improving the activity of cold-resistant microorganisms in sewage biological treatment buildings. The method has the advantages that the operation is simple; the cost is low; economic performance and environment protection are realized; the pseudomonas poae can be singly used or can be applied to wastewater treatment after the immobilization; the application is wide.
