[0034]The semen of 3 adult healthy Guanzhong black boars (1.2-2 years old) was collected by the hand holding method, and the motility and density of the semen were detected by computer-aided analysis system (CASA). The semen was preserved until the specified time using the above dilution and operation method, and the traditional BTS fluid was used as the experimental control. Semen quality was assessed for each boar.
