Problems solved by technology

Especially in the late growth period of flue-cured tobacco, the root system of flue-cured tobacco will secrete potassium ions into the soil, causing the loss of potassium, reducing the utilization rate of potassium, and may also lead to insufficient nutrients in the late growth of flue-cured tobacco, which will affect its quality and yield
[0006] To this end, scientifically and rationally proportioning the nutrients required in the cultivation process of flue-cured tobacco, using biochar as the carrier, invented a special carbon-based compound fertilizer, which is applied to the production of flue-cured tobacco, so as to improve the quality of tobacco leaves and coordinate the internal chemistry. Composition, greatly improve the quality of tobacco leaves, the proportion of medium and high-grade tobacco, solve the problem of low fertilizer utilization rate of flue-cured tobacco fertilizer, especially the low utilization rate of potassium element

Embodiment 1

[0021] The test was arranged in a tobacco field in Luzhou Tobacco Area, Sichuan, and the flue-cured tobacco variety was K326. The carbon-based compound fertilizer of the present invention was applied. In parts by weight, the basic fertilizer of the carbon-based compound fertilizer consisted of: 50 parts of potassium sulfate, 9 parts of potassium chloride, 15 parts of ammonium phosphorus nitrate, 3 parts of boric acid, 21 parts of potassium magnesium sulfate, and 2 parts of calcium nitrate. After the basic fertilizer and flue-cured tobacco straw biochar are mixed evenly according to the ratio of 7:3, then the organic binder prepared by 2.5% sodium alginate, chitosan or wood vinegar is sprayed evenly and wetted, and then fully mixed Finally, the mixture is taken out, and the mixture is made into spherical particles with a particle diameter of less than 6 mm by a disc granulator, and dried at a low temperature to obtain a carbon-based compound fertilizer.

Abstract

The invention discloses a carbon-based compound fertilizer with a high potassium utilization rate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: according to nutrient requirements of flue-cured tobacco, preparing a base fertilizer according to a scientific and reasonable proportioning method; preparing a carbon-based compound fertilizer according to a ratio 7:3 of the base fertilizer to biomass charcoal, mixing into an organic adhesive prepared from 2.5% of sodium alga acid, chitosan or wood vinegar, fully and uniformly mixing, and taking out the mixture; preparing spherical particles with the particle size of less than 6mm from the mixture by using a granulator, and drying at a low temperature, thereby obtaining the carbon-based compound fertilizer. The carbon-based compound fertilizer disclosed by the invention has the advantages that (1) the nutrition is comprehensive and rich, one-time topdressing is performed in the uncovered ridging period during flue-cured tobacco cultivation, the operation is convenient, and the yield and output value of the flue-cured tobacco and the ratio between medium and high-grade tobacco leaves can be obviously improved; (2) the release rate of potassium in the fertilizer in soil is retarded, the effectiveness of the potassium is improved, and the potassium content in the tobacco leaves, potassium accumulation in the flue-cured tobacco and the potassium utilization rate in the flue-cured tobacco fertilizer are obviously improved; and (3) the carbon-based compound fertilizer is readily available in raw materials, environment-friendly and safe.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of novel fertilizers and application methods, and relates to a carbon-based compound fertilizer which is specially used for flue-cured tobacco and improves the utilization rate of fertilizers and an application method thereof. Background technique [0002] Different types of crops have their special methods of applying fertilizers, and the selection of fertilizers also follows the principle of adapting measures to local conditions. Errors in the types, quantities and methods of fertilization in most areas of my country have caused the loss of various fertilizers. The utilization rate of fertilizers in my country is generally low. According to statistics, the general fertilizer utilization rate is only 10% to 20%. Moreover, excessive fertilizers also cause pollution to the agricultural environment. [0003] At present, my country's environmental pollution is serious, part of which comes from the large-scale burning of...
