The preparation method comprises the steps of extracting dendrobine via heating reflux of alcohol, performing reduced pressure distillation and concentration, freeze-drying and recrystallization to form dendrobine, preparing blank liposome by an alcohol injection-ultrasonic dispersion method, and enveloping obtained dendrobine in the active drug loading manner by a pH (potential of hydrogen) gradient method. The obtained dendrobine liposome is uniform in plasmid; the encapsulation efficiency and the stability are higher; a reference basis is provided for a liposome dosage form prepared from dendrobine; through detection, a separation degree of a dendrobine lipid column is 0.747; the encapsulation efficiency is 96.7%; the morphology and a particle size of the dendrobine liposome are observed under a transmission electron microscope; the dendrobine liposome is a sphere in uniform distribution; and the average particle size is approximately 20-50nm.
