Problems solved by technology

Patent CN 103015233 A discloses that the dried UHMWPE as-spun fibers are put into a high-pressure dyeing cabin, and then carbon dioxide gas is heated and pressurized to a supercritical state, and the carbon dioxide gas in this state is injected into the dye tank, and the dye is dissolved with a supercritical fluid. Then it is sent to the high-pressure dyeing cabin to be dyed with UHMWPE fiber. The dyed fiber is super-drawn and wound up. The reaction conditions of the supercritical dyeing method are relatively harsh, and small differences in temperature or pressure will affect the dyeing of the final product. , so it cannot be applied on a large scale

Embodiment 1

[0027] Embodiment 1 prepares yellow ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber

[0028] 1. Dyeing step, preparation of yellow ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene extraction fiber

[0029] At room temperature, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-9) and dye methyl yellow (Alfa Aisha (China) Chemical Co., Ltd.) were dropped into water by mass ratio 0.3%, 3% respectively to prepare a dyeing bath. Sonicate the dyeing bath in an ultrasonic cleaning device at 50°C for 30 minutes. After the dyeing solution is evenly dispersed, cool it and let it stand at room temperature for use. Put the dye liquor and the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene extraction fiber to be dyed in the cheese dyeing machine at a mass ratio of 100:1, heat up to 100°C at 2°C / min, dye at this temperature for 20 minutes, and then cool down to 80°C. At this temperature, wash in a reducing cleaning solution containing 2g / L sodium hydroxide and 2g / L sodium bisulfite for 20 minutes, and dry in the da...

Embodiment 2

[0034] Embodiment 2 prepares blue ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fiber

[0035] 1. Dyeing step, preparation of blue ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene extraction fiber

[0036]At room temperature, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-9) and dye Sudan Blue II (Alfa Aisha (China) Chemical Co., Ltd.) were dropped into water at a mass ratio of 0.3% and 3% respectively to prepare a dye bath. Sonicate the dyeing bath in an ultrasonic cleaning device at 50°C for 30 minutes, wait for the dyeing solution to disperse evenly, and let it cool down to room temperature for use. Put the dye liquor and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene extracted fibers in the cheese dyeing machine at a mass ratio of 50:1, raise the temperature to 100°C at 2°C / min, dye at this temperature for 20 minutes, and then cool down to 80°C. Wash for 20 minutes in a reducing cleaning solution containing 2g / L sodium hydroxide and 2g / L sodium bisulfite at high temperature, and dry in the dark at...

Abstract

The invention relates to colored ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing dyeing liquor in an ultrasonic way, wherein the amount of a dispersing agent accounts for 0.05-0.5% of the mass of the dyeing liquor, the amount of a dye accounts for 0.5-10% of the mass of the fibers, the bath ratio is 1 to (10 to 100), and the dye is selected from highly hydrophobic azo disperse dyes or anthraquinone disperse dyes which have dipole moments of less than 5.0 Debye; (2) putting the dyeing liquor and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene extract fibers into a dyeing machine, wherein the dyeing temperature is 90-120 DEG C, the dyeing time is 15-150min, and the pH value of the dyeing liquor is 4-9; carrying out reductive cleaning and drying on the dyed extract fibers; (3) carrying out stretch orientation on the dried ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene colored extract fibers to obtain the finished product of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers. The method provided by the invention is simple and convenient as well as easy to control; the prepared colored ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers have high apparent depth, color fastness and strong retention rate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a dyeing and processing method of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene extracted fiber, which belongs to the technical field of dyeing of textile materials. Background technique [0002] Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber is one of the world's three high-performance fiber materials. Since its inception, with its excellent properties such as high strength, high modulus, low density, abrasion resistance, and cutting resistance, it has played an important role in many fields of military industry, defense, aviation and navigation. With the expansion and development of its application fields to civilian fields , the development of colored UHMWPE fiber is imperative. However, because ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene has the characteristics of regular molecular structure, symmetry, non-polar chain structure and extended chain structure, chemical inertness, high hydrophobicity and high crystallinity, i...
