The marine antiseptic composite coating is prepared from the following components: a component A and a component B, wherein the component Ais prepared from, in parts by weight: 30-40% of epoxy resin, 1-5% of graphene, 1-5% of dispersing agent, 20-30% of distilled water, 10-20% of titanium dioxide, 3-10% of calcium carbonate, 0.2-0.5% ofdefoaming agent, 0.2-0.5% of leveling agent, 1-5% of organic bentonite, 0.25-3% of coupling agent and 0.3-2.0% of adhesion promoter; and the component B is prepared from 15-25% of water-based curing agent (H228B). Through the functionalization of nano titanium oxide, the bending strength and the tensile strength of epoxy are improved, the corrosion resistant property and impact resistant propertyof epoxy can be improved as well, the organic organisms on the surface of the coating can be subjected to oxygenolysis by means of the photocatalysis of epoxy, accordingly the biological corrosion damage brought by marine organisms can be reduced, the dispersity and the connectivity of graphene in the epoxy system are improved through adding of the self-made s waterbased dispersing agent, the corrosion resistance, the antifouling property and the impact resistant property of the coating are enhanced greatly.
