An amino acid composition provided by the invention comprises seven active ingredients: hydroxyproline, proline, glutamic acid, L-theanine,L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine; and the mass ratio is (0.2-1):(0.2-1):(2-5):(0.05-0.3):(1-3):(0.5-1.5):(0.5-1.5).
