A microfluidic channel (8) is disposed in the flow channel layer and communicates the liquid storage chamber (4) with the reaction chamber (2). The liquid storage chamber (4) is filled with a detection reagent which includes any one of, or a combination of at least two of, A[beta]1-42 capture antibody coupling magnetic particles, a cleaning liquid, an A[beta]1-42 detection antibody, or a reaction solution. On the basis of microfluidic technology, the detection reagents are integrated in the reagent strip, so that reagent pollution is avoided and transportation cost is reduced.
