Embodiment

[0016] A production process of a novel rattan vase, comprising the steps of:

[0017] (1) select fresh willow for use, process the willow into circular or rectangular planks, open through holes around the plank, then soak the plank with preservative solution for 1 hour;

[0018] (2) Dry the freshly harvested rattan in the sun, then polish it smooth, then place it in a pressure tank, pressurize the pressure tank to 3.0-3.5 MPa with a mixture of nitrogen and carbon dioxide, and then slowly lower it within 10 minutes The pressure in the tank reaches a standard atmospheric pressure, continue to pressurize the pressure tank to 0.13-0.18MPa with hot steam, keep it for 20 minutes, open the tank, and take out the rattan;

[0019] (3) putting the wooden board after step (1) treatment and the rattan after step (2) treatment into a dryer for drying, and then utilizing the rattan to weave into a vase on the wooden board;

Abstract

The invention provides a production process of a novel rattan plaited vase. The production process comprises the following steps of: selecting a fresh willow, processing the willow into a circular orrectangular plank, and soaking the plank by preservative solution for 1-2 hours; naturally airing and drying fresh rattans, carrying out pressurization in a pressure tank by using mixed gas of nitrogen and carbon dioxide, and continuously pressurizing to 0.13-0.18 MPa in the pressure tank by using superheated steam; putting the treated plank and rattans into a dryer to carry out drying, and plaiting the base on the plank by utilizing the rattans; and spraying distilled water to wet the vase, and drying the vase by using the dryer. According to the production process, the corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of the vase are greatly improved, planting soil can be put in the vase to plant flowers, and the vase cannot be differentiated by humus bacteria; and the produced vase is particularly suitable for being used in the vicinity of equator, and is capable of enduring long-time continuous high temperature roasting and high-intensity ultraviolet irradiation in the open.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of rattan products, in particular to a production process of a novel rattan vase. Background technique [0002] Rattan weaving is a traditional practical handicraft. Weaving handicrafts and practical products made of the skin and core of rattan stems. Various utensils and furniture woven from mountain rattan. It is mainly produced in Guangdong, and can be found in Jiangmen, Zhongshan, Foshan and other places. It has a long history. According to Qu Dajun's "Guangdong Xinyu" in the Qing Dynasty, "there are probably the most rattans in south of the Five Ridges, and they are sold all over the world. There are only two out of ten families who weave rattan wares.". Rattan weaving is mainly made of rattan branches, rattan core or bamboo as the skeleton, and then woven with rattan bark or young rattan core, giving full play to the characteristics of rattan which is soft and not easy to break. [0003] Rattan vas...
