Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a functional edible membrane on the basis of hemi-celluloses and chitosan. The method includes (1), mixing the chitosan and acetic acid solution with each other and heating and stirring the chitosan and the acetic acid solution to obtain chitosan solution; (2), mixing the hemi-celluloses and acetic acid solution with one another and heating and stirring the hemi-celluloses and the acetic acid solution to obtain hemi-cellulose solution; (3), preparing xylooligosaccharide solution by the aid of hemi-cellulose acid hydrolysis processes; (4), mixing the hemi-celluloses and the chitosan solution with one another, adding cellulose nanometer fiber solution into the hemi-celluloses and the chitosan solution, adding the xylooligosaccharide solution prepared at the step (3) into mixed liquid, stirring the mixed liquid at the room temperature, removing insoluble impurities by means of centrifuging, and carrying out ultrasonic degassing and standing to obtain composite membrane solution; (5), placing membrane-forming solution in culture vessels, placing the culture vessels in vacuum drying tanks and carrying out drying and membrane-forming. The method has the advantages that the functional edible membrane prepared by the aid of the method is high in mechanical strength and good in oxygen barrier performance, has antibacterial properties, healthcare functions and the like, and has a good application prospect in the aspects such as food packaging and oxidation resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of utilization of biomass resources and the field of polymer film materials, in particular to a functional edible film based on hemicellulose and chitosan and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Most of the packaging materials currently used come from non-renewable resources such as petroleum, and are difficult to degrade, causing serious environmental pollution and some safety problems. Therefore, it is imperative to seek green and environmentally friendly packaging materials. Edible food packaging film is made of natural macromolecular substances such as protein, lipid and polysaccharide as the main raw material. It can be used as a carrier of functional components, such as adding antibacterial agents, antioxidants, nutrients to the film Substances and colorants, etc. Edible food packaging film is favored by people because of its degradability and non-toxicity, and it is an inevit...
