Embodiment 1

[0031] Mix 60 parts of ionic liquid [TBP]Cl with a mass fraction of 24% and 20 parts of KH2PO4 with a mass fraction of 10% to obtain a two-phase extraction system, and then add 20 parts of 45% DIPA-PAM in a mass fraction of the total material -Gel to obtain a gel-like mixture, the above-mentioned gel-like mixture was burned under nitrogen protection for two hours, and the burning temperature was 120°C to form powdery particles, which were then stored in a vacuum oven at 20°C and left to stand for 48 hours, the ionic liquid active adsorption material was prepared, and the single electron microscope picture of the adsorption material is shown in figure 1 .

[0032] The adsorption material was taken out to capture 2,4-D butyric acid in chernozem, and the adsorption material and chernozem were mixed at a volume ratio of 1:3, and placed at 27°C for 30 minutes.

[0033] The permeability of the target before and after capture is recorded in Table 1.

Embodiment 2

[0035] The preparation method of this example is the same as that of Example 1, the only difference is that the type of ionic liquid in the preparation process is different. In this example, the ionic liquid is changed to [2-aemim][PF6](1-aminoethyl-3- Methylimidazole hexafluorophosphate), and the rest of the conditions were unchanged, and the permeability of the target before and after capture was recorded in Table 1.

Embodiment 3

[0037] The preparation method of this example is the same as Example 1, the only difference is that the type of ionic liquid in the preparation process is different, in this example, the ionic liquid is changed to [cmmim][PF6](1-acetoxy-3-methylimidazole hexafluorophosphate), and the rest of the conditions were unchanged, and the permeability of the target before and after capture was recorded in Table 1.

[0038] It can be seen from the above examples and Table 1 that the permeability of 2,4-D butyric acid used to separate chernozem is 99.6%, 74.3%, and 59.3%, respectively, by changing the composition of the ionic liquid in the adsorption material. Therefore, when [TBP]Cl was used as the ionic liquid, the permeability of 2,4-D butyric acid in chernozem was the largest and the penetration effect was the best.

Abstract

The invention discloses an adsorption material of 2,4-embutox in chernozem, a preparation method and an application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: potassium dihydrogen phosphate, polyacrylamide-diisopropanolamine grafting chelated gel and tetrabutyl phosphorus chloride are mixed, and a mixture is subjected to calcination; the calcination temperature is 120-150 DEG C; and the mass ratio of the potassium phosphate, the polyacrylamide-diisopropanolamine grafting chelated gel to tetrabutyl phosphorus chloride is 7:2:1. The method for preparing the adsorption material of the invention is quick and convenient, the special ionic liquid, the salt and the grafting chelated gel are used in the preparation, the prepared ionic liquid active adsorption material has high targeting property and capture efficiency, and the permeability of 2,4-embutox in chernozem can reach 99.6%. The adsorption material has wide linear range, low detection limit and relatively small standard deviation, which can meet the national requirements for detection of 2,4-embutox in chernozem.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of environmental protection, and in particular relates to an adsorption material for 2,4-D butyric acid in chernozem, a preparation method and an application thereof. Background technique [0002] As one of the most important herbicides, 2,4-D-butyric acid has always occupied an important position in the whole chemical herbicide. In recent years, its output has continued to increase, and its application range has also continued to expand. As one of the main representatives of phenoxycarboxylic acid herbicides, 2,4-D-butyric acid is easy to migrate in the farmland ecosystem, causing soil, air, water pollution, etc., so it is particularly urgent to determine its detection method. [0003] 2,4-D-butyric acid (2,4-DB), is a systemic selective moderately toxic herbicide, mainly used to control dicotyledonous weeds, sedges, and some malignant weeds in grass crop fields. Inhalation, ingestion or absorption through the skin...
