The invention discloses a preparation method of a medical pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA). The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly adding 2-7 parts of butyl rubber, 7-10 parts of glycerol ester of rosin, 1-5 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1-3 parts of calcium lignosulphonate and 2-4 parts of sodium alginate by weight to a stirrer to be stirred and mixed uniformly to obtain a material I; secondly adding 2-5 parts of diethyl phosphite and 3-7 parts of chlorinated paraffin by weight to the material I, mixing the materials uniformly and then mixing the mixture to obtain a mixed product; and finally adding 2-5 parts of maleamic acid and 3-6 parts of methacrylic acid by weight to the mixed product, heating and stirring the materials for 30-50 minutes in the presence of an inert gas and then mixing, thus obtaining the medical PSA. The medical PSA provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that the initial adhesion achieves the degree of No.32 standard steel balls; the holding power is more than 115 minutes; and the medical PSA has low peel strength and good peel integrity and can be better applied to the medical field.
