Embodiment 1

[0038] Embodiment 1, a kind of method that utilizes titanium-based mesoporous silica gel composite material to extract the plasmalogen of Hypophyllum sinensis, carries out the following steps successively:

[0039] A. Triangle sail mussel pretreatment:

[0040] Wash and remove the shell, remove the cyst gland, and take the muscle tissue from 1kg of triangular clam for cleaning, then use a chopping machine to make a mince, dry it at 80°C until the moisture content is ≤0.5% (weight %), and then crush it until it can pass 60 mesh Sieve to get the triangular clam powder A1.

[0041] B. Crude fat extraction:

[0042]Take 10g of Triangle clam powder A1 and add 250mL of 1,2-dichloroethane / methanol mixture (1,2-dichloroethane:methanol=1:2, v / v) to it and mix well, Stir and extract at 200rpm for 2h, then add 150mL of water, shake vigorously for 10 minutes, then centrifuge at 9000rpm for 20min, remove the supernatant after the solution is layered; dry the supernatant under reduced pre...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method of extracting plasmalogen of hyriopsis cumingii by using a titanium-based mesoporous silica gel composite material. The method comprises the following steps: extracting coarse lipid from hyriopsis cumingii powder A1; carrying out an alkaline reaction on the obtained lipid coarse extract to obtain an alkaline reactant C1; preparing the titanium-based mesoporous silica gel composite material; and filling a chromatographic column with the titanium-based mesoporous silica gel composite material, adding the alkaline reactant C1 into the chromatographic column, eluting the chromatographic column with an organic solvent, collecting an eluent and drying the eluent to obtain plasmalogen. The extraction method has the characteristics of being high in plasmalogen yield and good in product quality, utilizing waste resources and facilitating environmental protection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for extracting the plasmalogen of the three-sided sailfish, in particular to a method for extracting the plasmalogen of the three-handed sailfish by using a titanium-based mesoporous silica gel composite material. Background technique [0002] Hyriopsis cumingii Lea (Hyriopsis cumingii Lea), commonly known as river mussels, pearl mussels, and triangle mussels, is a freshwater bivalve mollusc, belonging to the class Bivalvia, Musselidae, and the genus Sail. Its shell is large and flat, with a black or tan surface, thick and hard, nearly 20 cm long, and a sail-like rear wing protruding upward from the back edge, making the clam triangular. The triangular sail clam is a unique species in my country and has important economic value. The pearls produced in freshwater pearl mussels have thick nacre, strong luster and excellent quality. The flesh of the triangle sail mussel is rough and tough, with a strong earthy smell and ...
