Compared with an alkaline hole conditioning agent used in the prior art, in the acid hole conditioning agent, organic carboxylic acid cleaned very easily is taken as a cleaning additive, and the hyperbranched polymer with strong cation characteristic in an acid condition is taken as a surface charge modifier of a dielectric material and is cleaned very easily, therefore, the problems that the quality of hole metallization of the PCB is abnormal due to excessive adsorption of a palladium activator as the alkaline hole conditioning agent is not cleaned easily to cause too much residue of the surface charge modifier, and the like can be improved.
