Abstract

The invention discloses a pure alcohol-based diesel oil additive and a method for efficient clean production of the pure alcohol-based diesel oil. A pure alcohol-based diesel oil product can be prepared from, by weight, 500 parts of methyl alcohol and 7-9 parts of the pure alcohol-based diesel oil additive by reaction for less than half an hour under normal-temperature normal-pressure conditions without adding of diesel oil. The additive is prepared from xylene, diamyl iron, dimethicone, isooctane, n-heptane, dichloromethane, diethylene glycol butyl ether, isobutanol, alkyl hexanone, methylbenzene, acetone, nitryl octyl ester, diethyl phthalate, N-methyl phenyl alkane, sorbitan monolaurate, N,N-dimethylformamide, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, methyl isobutyl ketone, dimethyl carbonate and isoprene, wherein the materials are fed into an additive storage tank, circularly stirred once with a plastic rod and kept standing for 0.5h to obtain a product of the pure alcohol-baseddiesel oil additive. The pure alcohol-based diesel oil achieves efficacies of existing diesel oil and is thorough in combustion, free of carbon stains, available for water flushing or fire extinguishment, long in shelf life, safe and environmentally friendly.
