The preparation method comprises following steps: four different mixtures are preparedfrom part of component raw materials, an aqueous phase is obtained after mixing part of component raw materials with the first mixture, an oil phase is obtained through part of component raw materials, after adjustment of pH value of the aqueous phase by the third mixture, the oil phase is added, homogenization, stirring and cooling are performed, and a finished product is prepared after adding the second mixture, the fourth mixture and part of component raw materials.
