The system comprises a kitchen waste processingintegrated device and a biologic diesel oil pretreatment device which are connected, wherein a homogenizing pond is connected with the kitchen waste processing integrated device; an anaerobic digestion tank is connected with the homogenizing pond; a separating device is connected with the anaerobic digestion tank; a methane tank is connected with the anaerobic digestion tank; a desulfurization anddecarbonization device is connected with the methane tank; a reformer is connected with the desulfurization and decarbonization device; purification equipment is connected with the reformer; a hydrogen tank is connected with the purification equipment; an organic liquid hydrogenating device is connected with the hydrogen tank; an organic liquid storage tank is connected with the organic liquid hydrogenating device; a proton exchange membrane fuel battery electricity generation device is connected with the hydrogen tank; and a kitchen waste recovering vehicle is connected with the proton exchange membrane fuel battery electricity generation device and the organic liquid storage tank, and is used for supplying electricity and rich-hydrogen organic liquid.
