The preparation method comprises following steps: crystalline flake graphite powder and an organic solvent are mixed, gallic acid is added, and ball milling, pumping filtration, and vacuumdrying are carried out; an obtained graphene powder is added into a mixed solution of deionized water / absolute ethyl alcohol, and a coupling agent is added drop by drop for modification; modified graphene powder is added into deionized water, a surfactant, calcium chloride, sodium carbonate, and methyl methacrylate are added, and pre-mixing is carried out; an initiator is added drop by drop for suspension polymerization, and filtering is carried out so as to obtain black high molecular particles.
