Embodiment 1

[0027] The antibacterial activity of the camphor leaf essential oil extracted by the steam distillation method of embodiment 1

[0028] 1) Extraction of camphor leaf essential oil

[0029] Oil camphor leaves are collected from Ji'an, Jiangxi. The essential oil of fresh leaves of camphor camphora was extracted by steam distillation, and the ratio of water to material was 12.5∶1mL g -1 , the extraction power is 1200W, the extraction time is 65min, and the oil yield is 1.64%. It is dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate and stored in a brown bottle, and refrigerated at 4°C for later use.

[0030] 2) Determination of the components of camphor leaf essential oil

[0031] The chromatographic column is Elite-5MS (30m×0.25mm×0.25μm) quartz capillary column. The split ratio was 10:1, and the injection volume was 0.5 μL. Injection port temperature is 280°C, column temperature is 50°C for 2min, at 3°C.min -1 Rise to 180°C, hold for 2min, then increase at 8°C·min -1 Rise to 240°C and k...

Embodiment 2

[0045] Example 2 Simultaneous Distillation and Extraction of Camphor Leaf Essential Oil Antibacterial Activity

[0046] 1) Extraction of camphor leaf essential oil

[0047] Simultaneous distillation and extraction: Weigh 30g of the treated camphor leaf sample, put it in a 500mL round bottom flask, add 300mL of distilled water, install it at one end of the simultaneous distillation extraction device, and heat to a slight boil; the other end of the simultaneous distillation extraction device is filled with 60mL Anhydrous diethyl ether was placed in a 250mL round-bottomed flask, heated with a 40°C constant temperature water bath, and distilled and extracted for 3.5h at the same time, and the obtained extract was washed with anhydrous Na 2SO 4 After drying, the anhydrous ether was removed by a rotary evaporator to obtain the light yellow camphor leaf essential oil with an aromatic smell, and the oil yield was 1.95%. And refrigerated at 4°C for later use.

Abstract

The invention discloses a cinnamomum longipaniculatum leaf essential oil antibacterial method. An essential oil is extracted by using a vapor distillation method or a simultaneous distillation and extraction method, a distilled liquid is subjected to oil-water separation, an oil part is dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate to prepare a cinnamomum longipaniculatum leaf essential oil, and the obtained cinnamomum longipaniculatum leaf essential oil is adopted as an effective component for inhibiting plant pathogenic fungi. When the volume ratio of the cinnamomum longipaniculatum leaf essential oilis 7:25, the antibacterial rates of the cinnamomum longipaniculatum leaf essential oil upon fusarium oxysporum, fusicoccum aesculi and phomopsis are respectively not less than 80%, 90% and 61%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a plant source fungicide, in particular to a bacteriostasis method of camphor leaf essential oil. Background technique [0002] Plant diseases are the enemy of agricultural production. According to the statistics of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the average annual loss of production due to plant diseases is 10% to 15% of the total output (Wu Chuanwan et al., 2004). At present, the main method of controlling plant diseases is chemical fungicides. However, due to the potential harm of chemical pesticides to human health, environmental pollution, impact on non-target organisms and the development of resistance to plant pathogens, the development of chemical pesticides has been restricted from various aspects (Zhao Jihong and Li Jianzhong, 2003). Since plant essential oils are naturally derived, relatively safe to the human body, environmentally friendly, and have diverse biological activities...
