The repairing lyophilized powder is prepared from, by mass, 4.5-5.5% of mannitol, 0.01-0.03% of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 0.8-1.2% of oligopeptide-1, 0.3-0.7% of oligopeptide-2, 1.5-2.5% of oligopeptide-3, 2.5-3.5% of oligopeptide-4, 2.5-3.5% of oligopeptide-5, 1.5-2.5% of glutathione, 0.03-0.07% of acetyl hexapeptide-8, 0.03-0.07% of tripeptide-1 copper, 0.08-0.12% of acetyl tetrapeptide-5 and the balance water.
