The finishing agent is prepared from, by weight, 40-50%of a modified polyurethane emulsion, 5-10% of dimethiconol stearate, 0.1-0.5% of nano jade particles, 1-3% of amidogen silicone oil, 1-3% of an antistatic agent, 0.5-2% of an antimicrobial agent, 1-5% of a dispersing agent, 3-5% of a thickening agent, 10-15% of ethyl alcohol, 0.1-0.5% of a coupling agent and the balance water. According to the finishing agent, through components such as the modified polyurethane emulsion and nano jade powder, the air permeability and moisture permeability of the fabric are improved, and the hand feeling of the fabric is not influenced; through the antimicrobial agent, the bacterium-inhibition deodorization performance of the fabric is improved; the antimicrobial agent is extracted from natural medicinal herbs, so that the finishing agent is environmentally friendly and healthy, and the pollution is reduced; through the antistatic agent, the antistatic performance of the fabric is improved, the situation is avoided that when the human body is in contact with the fabric, the itchy feeling is generated by charges, and the fabric is more comfortable.
