Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical fields of biomass application and boiler flue gas denitration and discloses a preparation method for a nitrided biomass advanced reburning denitration agent andan application of the nitrided biomass advanced reburning denitration agent. The method is mainly used for solving the problems that an SNCR technology is narrow in temperature window, low in efficiency and complicated in process, biomass is difficult in large-scale utilization, and the like. The preparation method for the nitrided biomass advanced reburning denitration agent, disclosed by the invention, comprises the steps: (1) pretreating a biomass raw material; (2) directly carrying out surface ammoniating treatment on the pretreated biomass raw material, or subjecting the pretreated raw material to low-temperature baking so as to obtain charred biomass coke, and carrying out surface ammoniating treatment on the charred biomass coke; and (3) carrying out thorough stirring after the ammoniating treatment, carrying out low-temperature baking, and cooling the temperature of the product to room temperature, thereby obtaining the nitrided biomass advanced reburning denitration agent. A method of application of the nitrided biomass advanced reburning denitration agent comprises the steps of mixing the denitration agent with recirculating flue gas, spraying the mixture into a furnace hearth from the upper part of an afterburning area, and reducing NOx at an outlet of the furnace hearth and in a horizontal flue.
