Embodiment 1

[0038] Embodiment 1 A kind of preparation method of double rhamnolipid Rha-Rha-C10-C10

[0039] The specific steps for preparing double rhamnolipids by using the secondary metabolites of glenospora anthracnose are as follows:

[0040] 1. Cultivate Bacillus anthracis in a constant temperature incubator at a constant temperature of 28°C for 7 days until the strains are covered with PDA plates. figure 1 ;

[0041] 2. Get bacterium cakes with a diameter of 9 mm from the edge of the G. anthracis PDA plate that has been cultivated in a 28°C incubator for 7 days with a puncher, and insert 500mL of sterilized modified Chapeauer medium for every 20 pieces of bacterium cakes ( Sucrose 3%, Dipotassium Hydrogen Phosphate 0.1%, Sodium Nitrate 0.2%, Potassium Chloride 0.05%, MgSO 4 ·7H 2 O 0.05%, tap water to constant volume, sterilized at 121°C for 20 minutes), and cultured with shaking at 28°C and 160 rpm for 7 days, as a liquid bacterial seed solution. Then take 100mL from the liquid...

Embodiment 2

[0053] The herbicidal activity of embodiment 2 Rha-Rha-C10-C10

[0054] The herbicidal activity of Rha-Rha-C10-C10 on various weeds was determined by small cup method. The weed seeds were first soaked in 15% sodium hypochlorite for 15 minutes for disinfection, then rinsed several times with tap water, and then washed several times with distilled water. Then soak the weed seeds in 200mg·L -1 Germinate in the aqueous solution of gibberellin, take out the seeds after 24 hours, wash 2-3 times with distilled water for later use.

[0055] Place qualitative filter paper with a diameter of 9 cm in a petri dish, and absorb 3 mL of distilled water to evenly wet the filter paper. 50 to 100 weed seeds were evenly placed in each petri dish, and distilled water was added dropwise again. The amount of distilled water should be such that the filter paper is wet but the seeds do not float. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent moisture from evaporating, and pierce with small holes for ventilat...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a rhamnolipid. Colletotrichum gloeosporioides secondary metabolites are adopted to prepare the rhamnolipid. Rhamnolipid preparation approaches are expanded, and a foundation is laid for further research on rhamnolipid functions. The invention further discloses application of the rhamnolipid and agricultural salts or esters thereof as active weeding components. The di-rhamnolipid has significant weeding activity on various weeds, can efficiently inhibit seed germination and growth of the weeds when solely serving as the active weeding component ormixed with other common chemical herbicides, can be used for preventing and removing the weeds, can be developed into efficient and pollution-free green herbicide compositions or serve as a lead compound for creating novel herbicide compositions, and thus has significant social benefits, economic benefits and ecological benefits.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biological pesticide research, in particular to the application of rhamnolipid and its preparation method. Background technique [0002] With the progress of social civilization and the improvement of public health awareness, the negative effects of extensive, long-term and large-scale use of chemical pesticides are becoming increasingly apparent and attracting global attention. On the one hand, the application of a large number of chemical pesticides has brought about environmental pollution, especially the application of long-residual pesticides has caused residual poisons and pesticides, resulting in reduced crop yields and even human and animal poisoning. On the other hand, over-reliance and long-term large-scale use of single pesticides have led to the emergence and development of resistance to pests and weeds, resulting in reduced efficacy, increased dosage, increased costs, and increased pollution, directly ...
